THE MANURHIN K’MX 432, with FANUC control systems, is designed for productive machining of parts for bars with a maximum Ø 36 mm.With a spindle bore stroke of up to 410 mm, no modification of the end of the bar for the bar feeder collet is needed. It has four linear axes (X1, Y1, Z1, Z2), and two rotary axes (C1, C2).

MANURHIN K´MX 532 TREND has five linear axes (X1, Y1, Y2, Z1, Z2), and two rotary axes (C1, C2). The machine is very strong when milling, with torque up to 32Nm.The machine comes standard with two electro spindles, each with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, and with a rotary guide bush, synchronized by pulleys and belts from the main spindle.It is designed for productive machining of parts for bars with a maximum Ø 32 mm

HAAS ST-10Y turning centre has maximum capacity of 229 x 355 mm, maximum cutting diameter 305 mm, and maximum cutting length 356 mm.Bar diameter is 42 mm.The addition of Y-axis of 101 mm (± 51 mm from axis) and live tooling allows milling, drilling, and tapping for increased machine capabilities.

The final operation in our production is checking on precision of all the produced parts. This is done on KEYENCE IM-7020, an image dimension measurement system, measuring up to 99 dimensions within 2 seconds with the accuracy of 0,001 mm. An instant solution to conventional quality inspection problems. It performs high-precision measurements and automatically records data. It obtains data via a system based on the optical technology of digital microscopes with the highest resolution in this field.This 2D projector enables measuring of several parts at the same time, which remarkably improves and facilitates quality management of our production process.
